I have one problem with using Blogger or even filling in a diary, you see, for several months at a time you are hard into posting and writing. But the months in between are usually quiet, lately I have been going through one of those months. The only way to reignite your posting is to accomplish something, preferably either one big thing or several things in succession, I have accomplished things lately, but not really one after the other. So that part is out of the equation, I have to do something big.
I have achieved, well several big things and one huge one. I have been very successful with my sport -running in particular- lately, I won my school 800m and 1500m, that gave me a chance to reflect in some of my big achievements. But why reflect when you can better those past achievements? Something that you are passionate about is always a good start, and that is where the Ulearn Conference comes in. This was a lot of organisation but when one of your "things" is computers, then it is all the easier. And sure enough, in the holidays I was out there, with a camera in hand and my imagination in action. Several days after completing that came a phone call, I was invited to the FPS national competition, so after three weeks fly by I prepare myself for a big weekend, and what a weekend. Success, success refering to qualifying for the International finals! I have never been to the States before.
Maybe, just maybe, I have made some big enough achievements this month to get me back into a posting frenzy...
