Term 3 Goals- SketchUp Prizes

My goal is to raise atleast $80 or contact places and
get atleast $80 worth of donations.

I will achieve this by ringing up relevant places and asking for
donations, we will advertise the places at the prize giving in assembly.

I will know I have achieved this when I am presenting the
prizes at assembly and announcing the winners.

Evaluation: I achieved this goal but I am not happy with the outcome of the competition. This was because of the lack of planning and organisation.

Term 3 Goals- Music Practise

My goal is to do atleast 15 minutes of clarinet and piano
practise each day so I will be well prepared for the two upcoming exams, grade 1 and 3.

I will achieve this goal by setting a time each day and write it on
my hand these times will fit round my after-school activities.

I will know I have achieved this when I have
atleast a distinction in both of my exams.

Evaluation: This has gone well, I have recieved a distinction in my piano and the highest mark in Canterbury and I have not yet had my Clarinet exam.

Term 1 Goal-Patience

My goal is to improve my patience when teaching
on computers and assisting.

I will achieve this goal by using a magic pointer when teaching
and staying at-least two feet away from the keyboard.

I will know I have achieved this when I am teaching other people
but they are working the computer and I'm just instructing.

Evaluation: I have definitley made a change in this area
and I am confident that this will make it easier for others.

Term 1 Goal-Running

Make the top ten in the Cross-Country for my age, I would like to
achieve this so I have chance for the zones.

I will achieve this by training hard and racing in the city surf,
I will strain at-least 2 times a week.

I will know I have achieved this when my name is on the Room 9
window and I am competing to get into the zones.

Evaluation: I have definitely achieved this and I got into the zones
then the centrals now I'm in the Canterbury Team!

Term 1 Goal-Handwriting

My goal is to work on having neat handwriting in all books and
in all work so I will learn to sustain neatness for longer,
this will help as lots of people find it difficult to read my writing.

I will this by evaluating my work and giving it a rating out of ten,
I will also ask other people for an opinion and ask if they can read it.

I will know I have achieved this when others can clearly read my work.

Evalution: I have slightly improved but will still keep an eye out for bad handwriting.

Term 2 Goal-Ulearn 2007

My goal is to fundraise enough money and do all the necessary planning to get the Tech Wizards up to Auckland for Ulearn 2007.

I will achieve this by rounding up all the possible people that can come and do lots of fundraising and research.

I will know I have achieved this when I am heading up to Auckland and on my way to the conference.

Evaluation: Sadly we are no longer allowed to go to the ulearn conference, but we are working on other things.

Term 2 Goal-Cross Country Zones

My goal is to place in the top six in the Cross Country zones to go through to the centrals and compete with other people from Canterbury and further.

I will achieve this by putting my mind to it and taking all training opportunities and time my self and compare my times to last years.

Term 2 Goal-Handwriting improvement

1. My goal is to keep my head down and get my writing to its fullest potential so I can be proud of it and appreciate my writing. I also want to get it finished before or when it’s due.

I will compare dates from the start of the term to the end and hope to see a gradual decrease of days taken to finish.

I will use my time more effectively to achieve the results I expect.

Evaluation: My speed has improved slightly but more importantly the quality has in my opinion obviously improved.
